Shipping & Delivery
FantomWorks is offering a unique opportunity through our online store and strives to maintain a standard of excellence in our customer service. Due to the distinctive nature of this service, we provide shipping through a number of different carriers and reserve the right to choose the most suitable method to the benefit of both our customers and our company. In some instances, you may be asked to pay additional shipping fees for some items. A customer service representative will contact you if additional fees are required. FantomWorks does not have an in-house shipping service and therefore cannot provide a same day shipping policy or guarantee an arrival date. A tracking number may or may not be provided depending on the chosen carrier. The tracking number, or lack thereof, will be provided in your shipping confirmation email (this is separate from your original order confirmation and contingent on availability of shipping method when you contact us). Dynacorn International has warehouses in Pennsylvania and California and though they typically ship based on geographical location within the continental United States, they will put precedence on the current inventory in stock and ship accordingly, regardless of distance. FantomWorks is not responsible for the shipping practices or methods of Dynacorn International or their carriers. Lost or Damaged items are the responsibility of the shipping service and claims must be made with them. FantomWorks does not accept claims for damaged or lost items.

Returns & Replacements
For Dynacorn Drop Shipped Items:
• FantomWorks will only accept returns for Dynacorn Drop Shipped products if you have been sent an incorrect order. In the event that this occurs, please contact FantomWorks directly at (757) 216-1745 or by emailing cs@fantomworks.com. We will determine whether or not your order was, in fact, incorrect and work with you to ensure your order is completed correctly and to your satisfaction.

• Items that are lost or damaged during shipping are the responsibility of the shipping service (i.e. UPS, FedEx, etc.). If your item(s) arrives damaged, or is lost, you will need to make a claim with the service that shipped your product. FantomWorks and Dynacorn are not liable for any damages during shipping. • At this time, we will not accept returns for items that have been ordered, delivered, and accepted by the customer or anyone authorized to accept for you. Acceptance of a shipment makes any item(s) in the shipment the possession and therefore the responsibility of the customer. Should you decide that you no longer need or want the item(s), you are responsible for the proper disposal or re-sale of the item(s). FantomWorks encourages you to check with your local authority if you decide to dispose of, or sell any item(s) to confirm that the sale or disposal does not conflict with any law.

For Dynacorn Items Picked Up at FantomWorks:
• It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect your item(s) upon pick-up. Acceptance of any damaged item(s) makes any item(s) the possession and therefore the responsibility of the customer. Returns after this time will be accepted with a 30% return fee. We will gladly return any damaged item not accepted and work with you to ensure your order is completed and to your satisfaction. There will be no return fee for damaged items that have not been accepted.

• FantomWorks will accept returns for Dynacorn Pick Up products if you have been sent an incorrect order. In the event that this occurs, please contact FantomWorks directly at (757) 216-1745 or by emailing cs@fantomworks.com. We will determine that your order was, in fact, incorrect and work with you to ensure your order is completed correctly and to your satisfaction.


For Vintage/Antique/Americana Items:
• Items in this category include, but are not limited to: used and antique tools, used and antique car parts, and all anitques/Americana items. These items are sold as is and returns will not be accepted. Items that are lost or damaged during shipping are the responsibility of the shipping service (i.e. UPS, FedEx, etc.). If your item(s) arrives damaged, or is lost, you will need to make a claim with the service that shipped your product. FantomWorks is not liable for any damages during shipping.

For FantomWorks Apparel, Jewelry, and Memorabilia:
• FantomWorks will only accept returns for FantomWorks Apparel, Jewelry, or Memorabilia products if the item has a manufacturer defect. If you feel your item has a manufacturer defect, please contact FantomWorks directly at (757) 216-1745 or by emailing cs@fantomworks.com. We will determine whether or not your order does, in fact, have a manufacturer defect and work with you to ensure your order is completed correctly and to your satisfaction.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
FantomWorks reserves the right to change or adjust prices at any time and without notice. In the event that your order needs to be cancelled or adjusted due to products being unavailable or discontinued a customer service representative will contact you and any payments already made will be adjusted or refunded in full. All shipping fees must be paid prior to completion of your order. FantomWorks may require additional shipping fees for some products. Please see our section on Shipping and Delivery for further information.

Promotions may be changed, adjusted, or cancelled at any time. The promotional value will expire on the date specified in the offer. Promotion codes and vouchers are only redeemable with the issuing merchant (FantomWorks), for the goods, services, and/or event identified on the voucher. Promotion codes and vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, modification or trade prohibited. Each promotion code can be used only once, unless otherwise specified. Each promotion code applies only to qualifying items. Each promotion code applies only to products sold and shipped by FantomWorks, unless otherwise specified. It does not apply to the same products sold by other sellers. The promotion is subject to all restrictions set forth in the offer. Taxes and shipping and handling charges are not included in the promotion. Void where prohibited. If you violate any of the Terms and Conditions, the promotion will be invalid, and the promotional code discount will not apply.
