It is legal (the last time I checked) to drive without a hood so that's not generally a problem for the day. The one thing I would like to know is whether you have checked your hood to ensure you aren't asking for louvers either above a doubler (below the louver) or on/next to a crease in the hood. It is not possible to put a louver other than in relatively flat metal without a frame reinforcement below that point. If you have a pattern that works and want it done, the cost is the setup time (75.00) and the cost of 36 louvers is $108 so the total would be 183.00 with no tax. If you are wanting the hood repainted after it is louvered, we offer that service as well. Please let me know if we can help you out with this.
